Far from a typical ketchup, you won't find any silly tomatoes in this rhubarb spread.  Sweet enough for anything fried, tangy enough to slather on your steak, and rich enough for your favorite bleu cheese appetizer.  All rhubarb provided by Doran's Farm Market located in New Albany.
